B2B Marketing Africa conference launches in Johannesburg

Digital has disrupted our image of traditional B2B marketing. Having investigated hundreds of case studies from all over the world, it has become clear that B2B no longer correlates with ‘boring’.

On 19 June 2018, B2B Marketing Africa, the first B2B-focused conference of its kind in Africa, will take place in Johannesburg. The conference will see three B2B marketing gurus from the USA, Europe and South Africa presenting their selection of award-winning case studies drawn from all over the world, with the objective of stimulating opportunities and innovations for the African market. Tom Stein, Hando Sinisalu and Warren Moss will provide keynote addresses, and there will be two moderated panels addressing “challenges of B2B marketing in Africa” and “B2B marketing information buyers want to read, and how to gain their attention”.

Tom Stein, Chairman and chief client officer Stein IAS

Tom is a founding partner of the Agency and a leader and innovator in B2B marketing for more than 30 years. He has been part of the leadership team that has propelled Stein IAS to global Agency of the Year designation by the Business Marketing Association for an unprecedented five times over seven years (2016, 2015, 2013, 2011 and 2010).

Hando Sinisalu, CEO Best Marketing International
Hando Sinisalu is a business journalist, conference producer and World traveller. He is the founder and CEO of case.digital (formerly known as Best Marketing International). Collecting and analysing digital marketing case studies is both his hobby and work. With presentations in 30+ countries, you could almost claim that Hando has travelled to the moon and back.

In the past, Hando has been a radio DJ, managed a newspaper company and an advertising agency. Today he writes about marketing to numerous publications and consults brands and media companies about digital marketing. He is the author of “The Best of Global Digital Marketing: Storybook 1” and “Storybook 2”. Hando has MA degree in Communications from Ohio University (USA).

Warren Moss, CEO Demographica
Warren Moss is the founder & CEO of Demographica, a full service marketing agency focusing on Business to Business (B2B) and niche consumer markets. He is a judge for the DMA’s Assegai Awards (South Africa) as well as the IAB SA’s Bookmark Awards (South Africa). Warren is also an international judge for the Business Marketing Association’s B2 Awards (Global) and the DMA’s Echo Awards (Global). He is currently the Chairman of the Direct Marketing Association of South Africa (DMA SA) and previously sat on the board of the Johannesburg chapter of Entrepreneurs Organisation (EO) as the Marketing and Communications Chair.
